Laffari is designed for calm bedtime storytelling. We keep data collection minimal, avoid child-directed advertising, and aim to protect families’ privacy by default.

This privacy policy applies to the Laffari mobile app and product pages under zoapps.io/products/laffari/. For ZoApps site-wide policies, see the ZoApps Privacy page.

2) What data Laffari collects +

Laffari aims to collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service. Depending on your device and how you use the app, Laffari may process:

  • App preferences (e.g., favorites, saved/liked stories, basic settings)
  • Subscription status (to unlock premium stories, if you purchase a subscription)
  • Basic diagnostics (crash logs or performance signals to improve stability)

We do not require a child to create an account to use Laffari.

3) Children’s privacy +

Laffari is designed with children and families in mind. We do not intentionally collect personal identifiers from children (such as full name, phone number, precise address, or school).

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps to review and remove it.

4) Audio, camera, and microphone +

Laffari does not record audio from your device, and it does not access your microphone for recording.

If any future feature requires additional device permissions (e.g., optional voice features), we will clearly request permission and update this policy.

5) Ads, tracking, and third-party links +

Laffari is built to be calm and distraction-free. The child-facing experience is designed to be ad-free, and we avoid external links in the child interface.

We do not sell personal information and do not allow third-party behavioral advertising inside the child experience.

6) How we use data +

We use limited data to:

  • Provide app functionality (e.g., favorites, access to premium content)
  • Improve reliability and performance (fix bugs, reduce crashes)
  • Support customer requests (when you contact us)
7) Data retention +

We keep data only as long as needed for app functionality, support, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of support conversations or any related information by emailing us.

8) Security +

We take reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to follow best practices appropriate to the app.

  • You can uninstall the app to stop further data processing on your device.
